To mark our 20th anniversary, we held a celebration on Jan. 25, 2025, to recognize the significant contributions of our team members over the years. At S-2, we know that our success is driven by the dedication, hard work, and passion of our team, so it was only fitting that we came together in person for this milestone. Taking the time to gather at Refinery Hill, indulge in great food, and reflect on our journey was a meaningful way to honor everything we've accomplished together.


Additionally, S-2 received a proclamation from the Honorable Mayor Sandra Vincent of McDonough, Georgia, in recognition of our 20 years of contributions to the community and business success. S-2 was founded in McDonough, and while we’ve grown and evolved over the years, our main office remains here. This city and its people have played a crucial role in our company’s story, and we take great pride in being an active part of this community. From day one, we’ve believed in the power of relationships—both within our team and with the broader McDonough community—which is why celebrating this milestone together was so important.

Dick Singer – Foundational Contributor Recognition

As a key player in S-2’s early marketing efforts, Jennifer’s father Dick Singer laid the marketing groundwork for our brand’s success. He also played an instrumental role in developing S-2’s benefits program, employee handbook, and company policies—contributions that have shaped our culture and operations. We proudly recognize his lasting impact.

Bob Singer – Foundational Contributor Recognition

Jennifer’s late grandfather, Bob Singer, was recognized for all his support and help in S-2’s early days.

Stefanie Meuse & Melissa Roach – Enduring Commitment Award

Celebrating 13 years of dedicated service, Stefanie and Melissa have been integral to S-2’s journey. Their loyalty, hard work, and passion have significantly contributed to our long-term success, making them the well-deserving recipients of the Enduring Commitment Award.

Colleen Mavroudis – Peak Achiever Award

Colleen’s leadership and drive have played a crucial role in achieving revenue goals and fostering growth at S-2. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was honored with the Peak Achiever Award, along with a $5,000 gift.

Jill Stubbs – Honorary Contributor Award

Jill’s exceptional leadership and revenue-driving efforts have made a lasting impact on S-2. Her dedication to excellence earned her the Honorary Contributor Award, accompanied by a $2,000 gift.

Alyssa Valentin – Proof of Delivery Award

For the second consecutive year, Alyssa Valentin has been recognized for her steadfast commitment to S-2’s customers, employees, and overall success. She plays a vital role in ensuring our tracking, dispatch, and audit processes operate seamlessly, all while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace. Known for her Freight IQ expertise and team-oriented approach, Alyssa was awarded $1,000 and two extra PTO days in recognition of her hard work.
